Real Estate Transactions Attorney

to join its growing practice. This is a fully remote opportunity for a California-licensed attorney looking to handle sophisticated real estate transactions while enjoying a collaborative, people-first culture.

The Role
The attorney will partner closely with clients and colleagues on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing transactions, development projects, and general real estate business matters. This role offers meaningful client contact, substantial responsibility, and the opportunity to work alongside a highly supportive team of experienced attorneys.

Compensation:

$250,000 – $300,000 annually, depending on experience (DOE).

Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis and annual discretionary bonus eligibility may be available based on company and/or individual performance.

Candidate Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active California Bar license in good standing

7+ years of real estate transactions experience

Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and related commercial real estate matters

Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills

Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
