What You'll Do:

• Lead and contribute to complex systems analysis, application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation efforts.
• Provide technical leadership across projects, including coordinating development activities, managing technical project plans, and mentoring less experienced team members.
• Collaborate with development, operations, technology teams, clients, and vendors throughout the software development lifecycle, from technical analysis through user acceptance testing.
• Develop and review technical and functional specifications, test plans, assessments, system documentation, and technical diagrams.
• Evaluate application performance, technology solutions, development standards, and vendor software while identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 7 years of systems analysis/application development experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in coordinating between Applications and business units.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in recommending and implementing system solutions.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in  driving project milestones and delivery dates.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in  Java (OOP, data structures, concurrency); Spring Boot (RESTful APIs); build automation; unit testing
• Minimum 7 years of experience in  Azure Development (Functions, Services Integration, Key Vault, Managed Identities, Monitoring)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Client & API Interactions (Java client libs, API Authentication OAUTH 2.0, Error Handling

• Associates Degree
• Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
• Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.
• Mastered understanding of applications supported with an advanced knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
• Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
• Mastered knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
• Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms.
• Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong lateral thinking skills.
• Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective.
