Facilities Technician II

Empath Health is seeking an Facilities Technician II is responsible for performing routine repair work and maintaining designated buildings and grounds. Performs skills tradesmen construction and renovation work as assigned. Location: Sarasota Schedule: Per diem (PRN) - position is as neeed, PTO coverage, special projects (no set scheudle) Company car provided when working What you’ll Do Diagnose problems and/or repair equipment Analyze and assess situations and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions Assemble and install equipment, working knowledge of the trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and building construction methods Ensure equipment and fixtures are in good working condition Travel to Empath sites, a company vehicle is provided Why Join Empath Health?
