Job Details Location: L212 Greenfield - Greenfield, MA 01301 Position: Part‑time Customer Service Representative (starting at $15 per hour) Hourly increases: 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date. Responsibilities Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement‑Free member experience. Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script. Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system. Promote our fitness instruction classes (View email address on click.appcast.io) to active and new members. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. Qualifications Customer service experience. High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Basic computer proficiency. Physical Demands Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift. Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift. Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr
