Personal Injury Case Manager – Pre‑Litigation (Full‑Time) MOET Law Group – Irvine, CA (In‑Person) Salary Range: $55,000 – $85,000 annually (DOE) Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (terms and conditions apply) MOET Law Group is an Irvine-based plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Pre‑Litigation Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. This full‑time, in‑person role is ideal for a seasoned case manager with 2+ years of personal injury pre‑litigation experience who excels in client communication, case organization, and insurance coordination in a fast‑paced law firm environment. As we expand our Pre‑Litigation Department, this role plays a critical part in delivering excellent client service while efficiently managing a high‑volume caseload from intake through demand. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre‑litigation phase Handle client onboarding and maintain consistent, compassionate client communication Open and manage insurance claims, including liability and coverage follow‑up Coordinate and manage property damage claims Request, track, and organize police reports, medical records, and related documentation Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment and appointment progress Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and third parties Draft and prepare demand letters and supporting documentation, as needed Review, understand, and evaluate medical records and treatment summaries Maintain organized, accurate case files in the case management system Assist with hybrid or cross‑functional tasks as needed in a growing firm Required Qualifications 2–3 years of personal injury pre‑litigation case management experience (required) Ability to efficiently manage a high‑volume caseload Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through and accountability Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and client‑first mindset Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑growing law firm environment Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish preferred) Familiarity with CASEpeer or similar personal injury case management systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Desire for professional growth and long‑term career development Job Details Job Type: Full‑time Schedule: 8‑hour shift Work Environment: In‑person Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on skills and experience) Sign‑on bonus eligibility 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid sick leave Work Location Requirements Ability to commute to Irvine, CA (required) Ability to relocate to Irvine, CA prior to start date (required) Equal Employment Opportunity MOET Law Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
