You will provide direct, community-based services that help clients build stability, develop coping skills, and improve overall well-being. Through consistent support, relationship-building, and therapeutic guidance, you'll meet clients where they are, helping them make meaningful progress in their daily lives while working toward long-term stability. Work Location: Community-based with travel to Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull County SALARY- 44k-45k

We have provided quality care and services to children, youth, and families through a myriad of effective community-based services. Today, The Bair Foundation provides services in 9 states, including Kentucky, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. WHAT PUTS YOU AHEAD

Experience in community-based mental health or behavioral health services Familiarity with treatment planning (ISP/ITP/CCP) and service coordination Ability to engage clients in home and community environments Comfort working independently while collaborating with a treatment team
