Maintenance TechnicianEssential Responsibilities:Work to ensure owners and tenants needs are met and homes are maintained.Basic home repairs on a daily basis (i.e. troubleshooting, basic plumbing, carpentry, locks, HVAC, pool, dry wall repair, appliances, electrical, etc)Assisting Property Managers, owners and guests as neededRecording and remittance of completed work orders to lead maintenance technician at the end of each work dayProper notations on all work orders, particularly if additional follow up requiredOther duties as assignedYou Are A Person That (Required Skills):Is able to work well with othersIs able to work without direct supervisionMaintains a positive attitudeHas strong organization skillsCompletes work in a timely mannerMust know how to use hand tools and small electrical power toolsHas strong verbal communication skillsHas strong customer service skillsHas a valid Driver's LicenseHas basic administrative skills including reading, writing and mathObeys all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)Able to keep an accurate inventory of work vehicle/stockPhysical Requirements:Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verballyAbility to lift up to 60 pounds and exert up to 50 pounds of force. Use your arms and legs.
