Sales Associate LensCrafters

General Function The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience at every LensCrafters location. The role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community. Major Duties & Responsibilities Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings. Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frame choices with optical measurements to create the perfect vision solution. Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the optician as needed. Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff (Target Host partners). Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store appearance and proactively support display and inventory upkeep. Support an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 1+ year(s) of experience in retail or customer service. Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic phone and math skills. Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy. Demonstrated ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for results, with a desire to meet goals. Strong oral and written communication skills. Self‑motivated with a proven ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment. Pay Range: $15.30–$21.41 In addition to base pay, you may be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan that complements a first‑class total rewards package.
