Physical Therapist

Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and passionate about helping patients return to their highest level of function. This role involves evaluating and treating a wide variety of orthopedic and post-surgical conditions while collaborating closely with physicians, physical therapy staff, and support personnel. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions for orthopedic and post-surgical patients Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention Complete timely and accurate documentation within EMR system Communicate effectively with referring providers and care team members Supervise and delegate appropriately to PTA and PT tech staff Maintain compliance with clinic policies, state regulations, and payer guidelines Contribute to a positive, team-centered clinic environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting New graduates encouraged to apply Preferred Experience Outpatient orthopedic experience Post-operative rehabilitation experience Experience with EMR documentation systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
