We're expanding our team and looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join us as Remote Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll help individuals, families, and small business owners explore health insurance coverage options while developing valuable sales, communication, and client relationship skills.

No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide structured onboarding, hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you develop the skills and confidence to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients through phone calls and virtual meetings.
• Learn about clients' needs and help them explore available health insurance coverage options.
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
• Build lasting client relationships through professional communication and consistent follow-up.
• Manage appointments, daily activities, and client records using CRM tools.
• Participate in team meetings, sales training, and ongoing coaching.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
