Role Provides direct patient care across all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with ancillary departments to optimize patient comfort and care within the scope of nursing practice and established guidelines. Responsibilities Performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. May float to various units such as ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, Med-Surg, and Rehab, depending on experience. Develops clinical assessment skills, communication, and teamwork while delivering compassionate care. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Holds a valid RN license for the state or a compact license. Must obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
