Job Function:

• Your responsibilities will include interacting with architects, clients, business development, and operations staff to ensure a crystal-clear understanding of project objectives, schedules, and other essential information.
• You'll also develop hard bids and pricing proposals in response to specific requests, obtain cost information from reliable subcontractors and suppliers, and collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding results.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in reading plans and performing comprehensive takeoffs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite software and Adobe Acrobat, allowing you to work efficiently.

• Senior Level: A proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in estimating within a professional construction firm, demonstrating your expertise and proficiency.
