Position Summary

Your Water Matters is a whole-home water filtration & service company seeking a motivated, personable Sales Representative and Business Development Manager to sell whole-home water filtration and softening systems directly to homeowners and commercial businesses. You'll also build a referral network of builders, plumbers, realtors, property managers, and other trade partners so that we become the first name they call when water quality comes up.

What you'll do

• Sell residential and commercial water filtration, softening, and drinking-water systems, along with our monthly service plans
• Build and maintain relationships with home builders, remodelers, plumbers, HVAC companies, realtors, inspectors, and property managers
• Win commercial accounts such as restaurants, offices, medical and dental practices, multifamily properties, and light industrial sites
• Run in-home and on-site water tests and consultations, then turn them into clear proposals
• Represent us at builder association meetings, trade events, and community events
• Track leads, pipeline, and partner activity in our CRM
• Work closely with our operations and technician teams so installs go smoothly and every customer is set up on a service plan

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in outside or B2B sales. Water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, home services, or building products experience is a strong plus.
• A track record of building referral relationships with contractors or trades
• Comfort with both a kitchen-table sale and a commercial walk-through
• Self-starter who can build a territory from scratch
• Strong follow-up habits and organization
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record
• Existing builder or trade contacts a big plus
• WQA certification is a plus, and we'll support you in earning it

What we offer

• Base salary ($35,000-$46,000) plus uncapped commission - On Target Earnings (OTE) $89,000 - $100,000
