Lamination Machine Operator

Night Shift Schedule 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, Week 1: Sun/W/Th; Week 2: M/T/F/Sat Shift available - Cary location 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, Week 1: Sun/W/Th; Week 2: M/T/F/Sat Requirements Minimum of 1 year previous experience with similar machinery (Lamination, Extrusion, Coating or Press) Must be at least 18 years of age and pass our pre-employment Reading and Ruler tests Ability to accurately measure and interpret measurements to a 1/16th of an inch using a standard ruler. Strong basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply to figure footage and lineal footage. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Physical activity involves lifting, bending, crouching, walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, pulling, stretching and reaching throughout the shift without accommodations, and this position will be on their feet for their entire shift. Previous ISO experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment, preferred. The Lamination Operator at Technipaq is responsible for producing quality film consistently. They are able to manage the machine and workers at all times and any other tasks to ensure the machine is running at the highest level, and producing a quality product in accordance with the customer's specifications. The Operator position reports to our Production Supervisor but will interact with all levels of the company, in order to make sure customer specifications are adhered to.
