Assistant Project Manager

Our firm has been retained to recruit an Assistant Project Manager in Chicago for our Client who is an Award-Winning Construction Contractor that specializes in challenging Repairs & Renovations and also Historical Restorations. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Commercial Construction Self-Perform experience PLUS experience in one of the following sectors: Concrete Repair & Restoration Traffic Coatings & Repair Parking Garage Structural & Concrete Repairs Waterproofing, Above & Belowgrade Historical Renovations Responsibilities Estimate the Projects Manage the Projects: schedule, monitor budgets, and timelines to meet client and regulatory requirements. Manage work crews to ensure safety, productivity, and quality work. Control costs and reporting by tracking budgets, change orders, and progress updates. Oversee risk and quality by resolving issues quickly and enforcing standards. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Construction Science highly desired 5+ year of Construction Project Management experience You must be located in Chicago or be willing to move yourself to Chicago #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Recruiters of Westlake Hills (GRN)
