Jr Construction Field Assistant

Overview Jr Construction Field Assistant at Lennar. This entry level construction field position assists the Construction team with various duties and customer communications. The role involves daily management of model maintenance, assisting in home building progress communication, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the community. Responsibilities Assist Construction Manager with all construction responsibilities including supervision and scheduling of trade partners from trench to customer move‑in. Create and enhance the TDH experience for current and prospective customers. Daily monitoring of model cleanliness, system functionality, and documentation and scheduling of repairs for all interior and exterior maintenance concerns. Maintain detailed customer communications of home progress, written and verbal, via email and video conference during the building process from purchase agreement through COE. Qualifications Minimum one (1) year of related experience. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver’s license. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong work ethic. Proficiency in MS Office. Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements: Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities/ job sites and offices during regular work hours. Requires ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment in excess of 50 pounds, occasional operation of construction equipment, finger dexterity for computer use. Compensation & Benefits The base compensation for this position is expected to range from an hourly rate of $19.36 - $28, subject to adjustment based on business‑related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations. The position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions.
