Responsibilities
Performed diagnostic radiographic examinations using PACS (Efferent) systems while maintaining accurate patient records in EMR and PAC
Reviewed clinical information with physicians and staff, prepared imaging rooms, and explained procedures to patients to ensure a smooth examination proces
Positioned patients according to protocol, adjusted imaging equipment, and modified techniques as needed to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
Ensured radiation safety compliance by minimizing patient exposure and adhering to established safety standards
Assisted with patient transfers and evaluated image quality prior to archiving, while coordinating requests for patient imaging records
Qualifications
Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Licensed in Delaware
Proficient in Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) operations
