Strategic Customer Success Manager | Employee Benefits & Health Tech | Remote/Hybrid (US) I'm partnering with a fast‑growing healthtech company that is transforming how employees navigate and maximize their healthcare benefits through AI‑powered technology. They're looking to add a Strategic Customer Success Manager to their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, working closely with brokers and benefits leaders, and driving both customer outcomes and commercial growth. What You’ll Be Doing Managing a portfolio of 50‑60 employer accounts Acting as the trusted advisor for HR, Benefits, and People leaders Partnering closely with employee benefits brokers and account management teams Leading strategic business reviews and customer planning sessions Driving platform adoption, retention, and long‑term customer success Identifying expansion opportunities and contributing to revenue growth Collaborating cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations teams What They’re Looking For 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Benefits Consulting, or a similar client‑facing role Experience working with employee benefits brokers, consultants, or brokerage teams Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex customer conversations Commercially minded with a focus on retention, growth, and customer outcomes Background in employee benefits, healthcare technology, HR tech, insurance, or digital health preferred Experience supporting large employer groups and strategic stakeholders is a plus Why Join?
