Serving as the escalation point for PMs and PCs responsible for client scope, time, cost, quality, communication, risk and stakeholder management. This role ensures integrated program delivery that adheres to PMO best practices and standards, while providing delivery leadership and functional coaching to project teams. The PM Manager/Delivery Services integrates deeply into supporting the delivery team that integrates with the client's environment, gains institutional knowledge, and drives the success of service delivery against client and Insight business objectives. This role combines proven operational leadership with program management expertise to deliver strategic, measurable outcomes for Insight clients.

- Reviews and integrates the scope of all sub-projects into a unified program scope baseline, partnering with pre-sales post-signature to align on contracts, budget, and timeline for successful delivery transition
- Applies expert knowledge of contract structures, lead times, and obligations to protect program scope and commercial terms, evaluating and authorizing or escalating scope change requests against contractual, schedule, and financial impacts

- Chairs executive steering committees and program governance reviews, defines escalation criteria and processes, and develops organizational change strategies to support program and business outcomes
- Establishes program-level risk assessment strategies, monitoring and intervening early on risks and issues across all sub-projects, and holding all project PMs accountable for documenting, mitigating, and closing risks within their projects
