Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to evaluate residents‘ physical, cognitive, and functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Experience with documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress in an electronic medical record.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and provide education to residents, caregivers, and staff.
