Rehab Director – Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Oconomowoc, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Full-Time
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Rehab Director. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing rehabilitation operations, ensuring clinical excellence, mentoring therapy staff, and driving high-quality patient outcomes within a senior care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise the therapy team.
Oversee departmental operations, scheduling, productivity, and staffing.
Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and quality standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Support therapist development through coaching and training.
Build strong relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and facility leadership.
Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license.
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
