Rehab Director – Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Oconomowoc, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Full-Time
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Rehab Director. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing rehabilitation operations, ensuring clinical excellence, mentoring therapy staff, and driving high-quality patient outcomes within a senior care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the therapy team.
• Oversee departmental operations, scheduling, productivity, and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Support therapist development through coaching and training.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and facility leadership.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
