Experienced Sales Manager

Description of the Role: The Experienced Sales Manager at Pohanka Hyundai of Fredericksburg plays a key role in driving the company's sales efforts and achieving revenue targets. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to motivate and manage a team of sales professionals. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities Develop and maintain strong Internet strategies Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales management. Internet/BDC experience a plus Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Second chance financing experience a plus. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Knowledge of Elead, Vauto, CDK, Dealertrack, a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
