Responsibilities: What You'll Do As the Client Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective new clients. Your day-to-day will include: Meeting with prospective clients by phone and in person to help them understand their situation and their options Following up with prospects who have — and haven't yet — engaged the firm Opening new client matters and maintaining detailed records in our case management system Managing your own appointment calendar to hit agreed-upon goals Tracking and steadily improving your own conversion rates over time You'll be trained on everything you need. What matters most is that you show up ready to learn. Qualifications: • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred • Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency • Strong computer and data entry skills • Previous legal experience highly valued Who We're Looking For We're not hung up on a specific degree or years of experience.
