Executive Administrative Assistant

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of client service, operations, and business development. This role is onsite 5 days in office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between Managers and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials (presentations, performance reports, white papers)
  • Coordinate meetings, quarterly calls, and ongoing communications
  • Support business development efforts, including conferences and events
  • Manage data and reporting within CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Respond to inquiries and ad hoc requests with professionalism and urgency
  • Partner cross-functionally with management, accounting, legal, compliance, and leadership

???? Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of office experience
  • BA Degree a must
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
