Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a senior clinical sales representative to support robotic technology launches at key healthcare accounts. The role involves training surgical teams, managing account onboarding, and ensuring sustainable adoption of advanced orthopedic technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable technology implementation and support
- Lead surgical teams through training on ROSA system and related technologies
- Coordinate system installations, in-service training, and clinical support during initial cases
- Support technology upgrades and maintain timely customer communication
- Complete administrative duties and required annual trainings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred
- Minimum 4 years of clinical sales experience
- 1+ year of orthopedic or joint replacement sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and demonstration capabilities
- Ability to travel up to 75% annually
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 base salary with $75,000 incentive
