Sr. IT Infrastructure Cyber Security AnalystThis is a hands-on operational role with 24x7x365 on-call responsibilities, maintaining SLAs for the infrastructure supporting Niagara's critical business applications hosted in the datacenters and remote manufacturing facilities. Essential Functions Support Security Operations Center by leveraging security tools and knowledge of cyber security threats to prepare, identify, contain eradicate and recover from security incidents. Perform Monitoring of cyber security related technologies generating alerts for potential security events requiring investigation. Perform technical analysis for cyber security events requiring deeper investigation. Work collaboratively with our Security Operations team to enhance prevention, detection, and threat hunting capabilities. Work collaboratively with our Security Operations team to develop playbooks required to successfully respond to cyber security threats. Optimize alerts from security tools to reduce false positives. Implement and monitor security policies & procedures. Maintain Event logs, review as needed for root cause analysis. Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to analyze complex network issues quickly; Emphasis on troubleshooting ability and problem resolution for application issues, network issues and virus mitigation. Project Management Skills, Time-Management Skills and Documentation Skill: The ability to prioritize, coordinate and managemultiple tasks / projectssimultaneously. Includes information organizational skills, design drawing and documentation. Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to all levels of technical staff, end-user communities, and various levels of management.
