Sales Coordinator

Sales CoordinatorInfluential is seeking a Sales Coordinator to coordinate premier client accounts and work closely with our West Coast sales team. We are looking for a dynamic people-person who can help us translate client learnings into client materials that closely address their needs.Responsibilities:Create standard and custom proposal collateral leveraging our reportingUnderstand client needs and goals to ensure optimal campaign performance and client satisfactionUnderstand the specifics of the client ask, the keys to win, and any other parameters that will set up the proposal for success with a lean on client learnings.Assist on all operational needs, including salesforce related reporting and client requests.Follow Salesforce best practices and utilize dashboard reportingContinually learn about new products and leverage knowledge on pre-sale needsAssist Operations Team with influencer selectionParticipate in weekly meetings, sales and product trainings, and 1:1sProactively learn agency structure and industryQualifications:1-2 years experience working in social, digital, online or advertising environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal teamsStrong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issuesComfortable working in a startup environmentKnowledge of Powerpoint and ExcelMedia experience ideal, not requiredBonus points if:Have previously worked in a fast paced environment at a talent or digital agencyStay up-to-date on latest trends and innovations in the social realmBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAdditional information:Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
