What You’ll Do
Connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Explain available benefit options clearly and answer client questions
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism
Maintain accurate digital records and complete follow-up communication
Participate in team coaching, training, and strategy sessions
