This position is ideal for an attorney with solid business immigration experience who can independently manage cases, provide strategic legal guidance, and supervise support staff in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage business immigration matters including EB-1, EB-2 NIW, L-1, TN, H-1B, PERM, O-1, E Visas, and I-140 cases Conduct consultations and develop immigration strategies for clients Draft petitions, legal briefs, RFEs, NOIDs, and other legal submissions Manage cases from consultation through adjudication Supervise and guide paralegals and support staff Review filings for quality and accuracy Qualifications: J.D. degree and active U.S. bar membership 3–5 years of business immigration experience required Strong legal writing, analytical, and case strategy development skills Ability to independently manage cases and multiple priorities Spanish fluency strongly preferred Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Hybrid schedule (Work remotely once a week!)
