We are growing and seeking aBusiness Law Attorney to join our team and play a key role in supporting our expanding client base. Responsibilities Advise business clients on a wide range of legal matters, including entity formation, contracts, compliance, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements. Provide proactive legal strategies that minimize risks and foster business growth. Represent clients in business disputes and collaborate with litigation teams when needed. Stay current with changes in business and corporate law and provide clients with timely guidance. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent service. Contribute to business development by leveraging existing client relationships or demonstrating the ability to generate new business opportunities. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Maryland Bar. Other jurisdictions are a plus. 3–5 years of experience in business, corporate, or transactional law. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills with a client‑focused mindset. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
