Superintendent - Healthcare

Structure Tone is looking for a Superintendent to support our New Jersey Healthcare projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for timely and cost‑effective field coordination, quality control, and day‑to‑day supervision of subcontracted workforces for construction projects. Responsibilities Prepare the project schedule and maintain accurate status reports. Coordinate field activities, quality control, and daily supervision of subcontracted workforces. Review project status and progress with the Project Manager and client representatives regularly. Large projects may involve multiple Superintendents. Ensure safety standards and requirements are implemented and adhered to by all personnel. Direct subcontractor activities within ground‑up construction projects. Analyze manpower, material, equipment requirements and interface them with the supervising superintendent. Implement and enforce policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction management. Prepare reports and forecasts as required and keep supervisors informed of overall progress. Coordinate lock‑out/tag‑out procedures with subcontractors for utilities such as nitrogen, vacuum, compressed air, RODI, and steam. Manage QA/QC and understand client engineering specifications or requirements. Qualifications 5+ years of field experience. Experience including supervisory responsibility as a General Foreman, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent. Well‑developed communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills. Salary $125,000 – $185,000 per year. Compensation includes a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
