Nurse Manager

Nurse Manager Full‑time, permanent direct hire at a rural community hospital outside Fort Morgan, Colorado. Responsible for ensuring the highest standards and quality of patient care in a long‑term care setting. Reports to the Assisted Living Administrator and Director of Nursing. Key Responsibilities Provide direct management of nursing staff, enforcing evidence‑based practices and nursing standards. Serve as crucial communication link between bedside nursing staff and upper hospital administration/leadership. Address and resolve escalated issues, complaints, or concerns from patients and their families. Ensure quality of patient care and enforce evidence‑based practices. Qualifications Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited nursing program. 5+ years of long‑term care nursing experience. Must have or be eligible to obtain BLS upon hire. Previous experience in supervision/management required. Benefits $73,800 – $93,600 annually + sign‑on and relocation assistance. Up to 6 months of free housing.
