Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Washington, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions and maintenance concerns. Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting unauthorized access attempts in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while helping to deter unauthorized activity and supporting an orderly workplace. Minimum Requirements: Possess EMT certification. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
