Salary: $97,000 - 137,000 per year Requirements:

• We design and optimize LLM-based interactions across customer-facing and internal systems.
• We develop prompts, reasoning flows, and structured AI outputs for production use cases.
• We evaluate model performance using real-world data, feedback loops, and experiments.
• We improve the reliability of AI outputs through guardrails, fallback logic, and validation layers.
• We work closely with backend engineers to connect AI capabilities with APIs and workflows.
• We design and implement AI-driven automation such as chat, recommendations, and decision support.
• We analyze user behavior and model responses to continuously improve AI performance.
• We collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI features.
• We contribute to AI system design decisions centered on usability and real-world impact.
