Tax Managing Director - Ultra HNW, Global PCS

Responsibilities Serve as the lead tax advisor to ultra-high net worth and high net worth clients and their privately capitalized enterprises, including family offices, trusts, privately held businesses and investment vehicles Provide comprehensive tax advice and solutions that consider income, estate and gift tax implications throughout the chain of ownership Possess strong technical skills in individual and trust income, estate and gift tax, with working knowledge in corporations and partnerships Responsible for being the lead of the engagement team, and responsible for having direct contact with clients and managing all aspects of client accounts Provide effective consulting, planning and compliance advice for your clients Research and document tax issues and identify planning opportunities Provide thought leadership on issues critical to global private clients Work to expand client base and display strong business development abilities Mentor, train and supervise staff Requirements Have a CPA license or JD Have a masters of tax or LLM (preferred) Have 10+ years of public accounting experience, including 5+ years of supervisory experience Have Big Law or Top 20 accounting firm experience (preferred) Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Possess outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills Have a track record of building and sustaining client relationships and high-quality client service Have experience representing clients in front of the IRS and state agencies Be highly motivated to succeed and be part of a high-performing team ATS Optimization Keywords Hard Skills Individual Income Tax Trust Income Tax Estate Tax Gift Tax Corporate Tax Knowledge Partnership Tax Knowledge Tax Research Tax Planning Compliance Advice Business Development Soft Skills Excellent Communication Skills Analytical Skills Organizational Skills Project Management Skills Mentoring Skills Certifications & Qualifications CPA License JD Masters Of Tax LLM #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
