Certified Surg Tech - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• BLS Certification
• 2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment
• For CVOR positions, 2 years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment
• Surgical Tech credentialed from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 12 months of hire date or job transfer date.
• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Multi-specialty surgical environment including spine, plastics, orthopedics, bariatrics, gynecology, general surgery, and robotics.
