We're looking for someone who can build relationships with customers, confidently present recommended repairs and maintenance, manage the repair process from start to finish, and work closely with our technicians to deliver an excellent customer experience.As an Automotive Service Advisor at Precision Auto Repair, you'll be the primary connection between our customers and technicians. You'll help customers understand what's happening with their vehicles, explain repair and maintenance recommendations, prepare estimates, communicate throughout the repair process, and make sure each customer receives professional and transparent service. This isn't a high-pressure sales position.
