What you'll earn $31.00 per hour Contract-to-hire opportunity with growth potential Hands-on experience in the wealth management industry The work Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests Build strong client relationships through proactive, professional communication Assist clients with account questions, paperwork, and follow-ups Coordinate client meetings, including prep and post-meeting follow-up Process new account applications and onboarding documentation Handle account maintenance requests such as transfers, distributions, and beneficiary updates Maintain accurate client records across CRM and custodial platforms Support advisors with meeting prep, performance reports, and planning materials Track outstanding client action items and ensure timely follow-through Ensure all activity complies with SEC/FINRA regulations and firm policies Who we're looking for Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or recent graduate Financial services or client service experience is a plus, not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
