This is a unique opportunity to join a small, close-knit team known for its collaborative culture, thoughtful leadership, and excellent work-life balance.The office is bringing its accounting and tax functions in-house, creating an opportunity to help build processes and infrastructure from the ground up. You'll gain broad exposure across AP, general ledger, cash management, reconciliations, and multi-entity accounting, with strong mentorship, autonomy, and flexibility.ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable across multiple entities, including invoices, payment runs, and vendor records Prepare journal entries and perform bank, credit card, investment, and balance sheet reconciliations Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Manage expense reporting and credit card activity across family and corporate entities Assist with cash management, liquidity monitoring, and short-term forecasting Support budget-to-actual reporting and variance analysis Coordinate with tax advisors, investment managers, and other external partners Help build accounting processes, controls, automation, and ERP workflows Support special projects as the family office continues bringing functions in-house For fastest consideration, reach out to Michelle Espejo via email or LinkedIn.
