Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 / hour + Excellent Benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (With occasional overtime to hit those team goals!)

We are hiring for two distinct tracks— no industry experience required, we will train you!
- The Dealer Title Processor: You will be the engine behind local dealerships, managing the high-volume paperwork that gets drivers off the lot and legally on the road.
- The Lender Title Processor: You will partner with major banks and financial institutions, ensuring secure and accurate title processing for vehicle loans.
Bilingual in English and Spanish? That’s a huge plus, but definitely not a dealbreaker!
What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:
As a Title Processor, you are the crucial link between clients, customers, and the DMV. Your main focus will be keeping things moving accurately and efficiently:
- Master the Paperwork: Accurately complete all state-required documents for vehicle titling and registration.
- Crush the Details: Determine exact taxes and fees based on state, county, and city regulations to ensure 100% compliance.
- Own the Communication: Conduct friendly, proactive follow-up calls and emails with clients and their customers.
- Verify & Audit: Review incoming documentation for absolute completeness before organizing and submitting packages to the DMV.
- Stay Compliant: Ensure all processes strictly adhere to federal, state, and internal company policies.
- Data Integrity: Maintain flawless records in internal systems so the team always has up-to-date information.
