Daily Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective customers through professional, in-person interactions to introduce products and services.
• Learn about each customer's needs and recommend wireless, cellular, and connectivity solutions that fit their lifestyle.
• Build rapport and create positive customer experiences that encourage long-term relationships.
• Educate customers on product features, pricing, promotions, and available service options.
• Guide customers through new account activations, upgrades, and service changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and customer engagement goals through consultative selling.
• Stay up to date on current products, technology, and promotional offers.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity using company systems.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to share best practices and contribute to team success.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude during every interaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a face-to-face customer service or sales role
• Desire to work with people and deliver exceptional service
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
