Life Care Centers of America in St. Louis, Missouri, seeks an RN MDS Coordinator to coordinate and assist with the completion and submission of accurate MDS Assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans per CMS RAI Manual regulations. The role requires an active RN license, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing, and at least two years of nursing experience (geriatric preferred).
