Job Opportunity: Hematology/Oncology Physician in Fort Collins, CO

Join a dedicated and innovative team at a leading Cancer Care and Hematology Clinic in Fort Collins, Colorado. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide world-class cancer care, emphasizing the latest treatments and clinical trials. Our supportive and collaborative environment fosters both personal and professional growth.

• Provide direct patient care for individuals with various types of cancer and hematological disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.
• Work alongside a team of nine physicians, eight advanced practice providers (APPs), and support staff to deliver disease-specific care.
• Collaborate with nurse navigators and care managers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care for patients.
• Stay at the forefront of innovative treatments and technologies in the field of oncology.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system to document and manage patient care across the healthcare system.
• Participate in clinical research and apply new treatment methodologies.
• Offer consultations, second opinions, and treatment plans for complex cancer cases.
• Collaborate with a progressive team of clinicians to deliver the highest standard of patient care.
• Minimal call responsibility, shared with a large team of other clinicians and hospitalists.
• NOT DOING ANY LOCUMS OR LOCUMS TO PERM.
• Unable to support visa candidates for this position.

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology - REQUIRED
• Active Colorado License (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice/license history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - REQUIRED
• Permanent Placement Fee - REQUIRED
• Visa Support: Does the provider require J1 or H1B support? - REQUIRED

• Board Certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology.
• Active Colorado medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Current DEA registration.
