Personalized care together with advanced technology is what it means to be Community Strong Responsibilities The Clinical Supervisor assists in the overall operation of the facility and the provision of clinical services. Provides support and assistance to the Program Director. Overall administration of specific treatment unit assigned. Supervision of personnel, students and volunteers assigned, includes completion of performance evaluations for same. Oversees compliance with documentation and billing requirements. Coordinates the clinical intake process and case conference and insure that recommendations are carried out. Maintains a caseload and provide individual and group services, as necessary. Markets program services to local community groups and organizations with reference to chemical dependency and program functions or services. Remains current with OASAS regulations and new developments in changing health environment. Remains current on policies and procedures of insurance companies to facilitate coordination of program’s financial responsibilities. Maintains and prepare statistical data, reports, and correspondence as required for agency, county and state, as assigned. Monitors staff productivity. Qualifications Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited school. LCSW or LMHC Required A minimum of three years of clinical experience of which at least two should be in chemical dependency treatment is required. Demonstrated proficiency in MS office suite of products is required.Demonstrated ability to communicate in writing is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
