Certified ski or snowboard instructors will deliver quality instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available. Job Specifications Starting wage: $21.00‑$64.34 per hour (minimum base wages; bonuses may be available) Employment type: Winter seasonal 2026/27 Shift type: Full‑time and part‑time; hours vary by business volume; full‑time may not be guaranteed 40‑hour week Minimum age: 16 years Housing availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons Work with guests of all ages and abilities Deliver world‑class guest service Create a safe and enjoyable learning environment Support ski school operations, including scanning, surface lifts, lunch facilitation, and equipment fitting Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong skiing and riding Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Minimum PSIA/AASI Level 1 or equivalent ISIA instruction certification Fluent communication in English Comfortable working with children aged 3 and older Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and meet scheduling requirements Placement contingent upon successful completion of training and meeting skill, service, and safety standards The expected pay range is $21.00‑$64.34 per hour.
