Immediate Hiring for Electricians throughout the Lehigh Valley!!! START ASAP!!!This role supports electrical installations on a variety of construction projects by performing basic wiring, device installation, and rough-in work under minimal supervision. You will work independently to run wire, install outlets and lighting, assist with conduit installation, and complete terminations while following electrical drawings and adhering to safety and code requirements.ResponsibilitiesWork independently to perform basic electrical installations on commercial and residential construction projectsRun wire including Romex, MC, and basic conduit runs to support power and lighting circuitsInstall outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures according to plans and layout requirementsSet and secure metal and plastic boxes and make up devices in accordance with project specificationsPull wire through conduit and properly terminate circuits at devices, panels, and equipmentRead and work from simple electrical blueprints to understand layouts and circuitingDetermine which circuits feed specific devices and areas and complete rough-in based on the layoutPerform device and circuit terminations, including making up outlets, switches, and breakersLand wires correctly in panels, identifying and terminating neutrals, grounds, and hot conductors properlyComplete rough-in work such as drilling, running wire, stapling, and supporting runs to meet code and quality standardsEssential SkillsAt least 2+ years of commercial or residential construction experience.Ability to work independently performing basic electrical installations.Hands-on experience running wire including Romex, MC, and basic conduit runs.Proficiency installing outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.Experience setting metal and plastic electrical boxes and making up devices.Ability to pull wire through conduit and terminate circuits correctly.Why Work Here?Join a long-established, stable contractor with over six decades of continuous operation and a steady pipeline of projects. You will operate in environments typical of commercial, residential, and industrial projects, including new construction, renovations, and fit-outs. The role requires regular use of hand and power tools such as cordless drills and impact guns, pliers, wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, utility knives, tape measures, levels, non-contact voltage testers, and adjustable pliers. You will wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times, including a hard hat, high-visibility clothing, safety glasses, and gloves, and you will work around other trades and construction activities while following established safety procedures.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $35.00/hr.
