Our respected four-attorney firm in Queens, NY, is expanding. We are seeking a talented Trusts & Estates Associate to join our dynamic team. The Role: As a key member of our team, you will handle a diverse caseload. We are looking for a candidate with at least 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, or Guardianship.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Managing cases from start to finish with support from our experienced team.
· Direct client interaction and consultation.
· Drafting Wills, Trusts, and ancillary estate planning documents.
· Assisting with Probate and Administration proceedings.

Who You Are:
· Licensed: You are admitted to practice law in New York (Required).
· Experienced: You have 2+ years of practice in Elder Law, Guardianships, Estate Planning, OR Probate.
· Autonomous yet Collaborative: You are comfortable working independently with clients but know when to lean on the team for support.
· Empathetic: You are committed to providing personalized, responsive service to clients navigating difficult life decisions.
