Overview Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread is the heart of hospitality—bringing warmth, care, and joy to every guest interaction. Key Responsibilities Execute duties in your assigned area (production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive‑thru, barista, QC, etc.). Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Capable of standing for extended periods and able to communicate clearly in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating moments of comfort and joy. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Complete basic food‑safety training (Food Handler’s Card required). Food service experience preferred but not required.
