Construction Estimator – Philadelphia
Established construction firm is seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in commercial construction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced with complex institutional and public-sector projects.
Requirements:
Commercial construction estimating experience
Experience with large, complex projects
Background with SEPTA, DRPA, airports, transit, institutional, or similar public-sector projects preferred
Ability to prepare detailed estimates, bids, and proposals
Strong understanding of plans, specifications, subcontractor scopes, and pricing
Excellent communication and organizational skills
