In this role, you will align business objectives with employees and leaders across assigned functions. The HRBP partners with stakeholders throughout the organization to deliver value-added HR solutions that support and advance the company’s business goals. This role also provides guidance and interpretation of HR policies to both management and employees. Principal Responsibilities • Participates in regular meetings with respective Client Executives and teams • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies • Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations • Understands basic legal principles and seeks out additional information as needed in order to support the day-to-day management of employees in order to reduce legal risks and support regulatory compliance. • Partners with the legal department and HR Leadership as needed/required • Provides HR and Performance Management guidance to team management through the facilitation of regularly scheduled meetings and ongoing discussions (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings • Assists with the facilitation of Visa Sponsorships and related HR matters • Works in conjunction with HR Leadership to help identify training needs for disciplines, teams, and individual coaching needs Required Skills/Abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy • Able to keep information confidential and secured • Strong customer service skills • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors • Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations • Familiarity with human resource information systems (HRIS) and/or the ability to quickly learn computer applications; Workday experience preferred • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws • Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to travel up to 25% with occasional overnight stays Education and Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field, required • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred • Professional Human Resources certification preferred; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM Physical Requirements • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at timesThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.**Why Join Us:** At IMEG, people are our priority — with a solid focus on career growth, work-life balance, and making a meaningful impact.
